NS 5154 was dispatched from Attalla, Alabama to lead empty rock train 63A after the NS 9891had mechanical issues just north of Attalla and was unable to continue.
The AGS North has been a hotbed of NS heritage activity lately. Here we see the Wabash unit leading coal loads south.

179 waits at Whitney to meet 170 and 16T before continuing to Birmingham. I doubt the crew planned to park the lead unit in a perfect patch of sunlight but I'm glad they did.
